We Currently have Two exciting opportunities, one is for a Male Support Worker.

The successful male applicant will be providing support to our Male clients.

Newbeginnings is a small independent company that prides itself in supporting Vulnerable Adults within the community, promoting independence, and accessing community-based activities. Our DNA is based on information choice dignity and respect.  

To join our Friendly Team either on a full-time OR Part Time basis. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, One evening till 9.30pm Also Either a Saturday or Sunday once a month if possible, we can be flexible with the number of hours offered and will consider applications from all interested candidates.

As a support worker, you will be supporting people with additional needs with their goals, whether within their home environments or local community. Activities may vary such as learning New Travel Routes, swimming, work placements and other social and leisure activities.

Support with Cooking, Cleaning, shopping and General daily living skills.

Successful candidates must have a minimum 6 months of experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, or complex behavioural needs to have good Verbal and Written communication. Car Driver if possible.

All New Beginnings Staff are DBS checked and are fully trained. Most of the staff have been working with New Beginnings for many years, and are proud of our high standard of the support we deliver.
